Short warm-up and weekly games. Junior and Senior leagues include a skills component before playing games. Develop passing, hitting, serving & positioning skills. Pre-season evaluations, league games, and championship final each session.
Smashball
7-9yrs
Learn the basics of volleyball through fun drills and games. An introduction to the sport with focus on skill-building and teamwork.
Junior
10-11yrs
Develop the basics of volleyball and compete on the court playing in our house league. Balanced teams ensure fair play and lots of fun.
Senior
12-14yrs
New & experienced players develop their skills and learn new techniques. Each week, teams will warm up with drills and and play season games.
Varsity
14-17yrs
House league volleyball for high schoolers. Develop skills, practice new techniques and play. Play pre-season, league, and playoff games!
