Policies related to classes, clinics, leagues, youth & adult programs
Facility Memberships
Youth and Adult Memberships are non-refundable and expire each year on August 31st.
Pickleball Memberships
- Pickleball Membership is a monthly membership charged in advance on the first of every month. Initial month is pro-rated if not purchased on first of the month.
- Initial commitment is three (3) months plus any pro-rated partial first month.
- Membership may be cancelled with 28 day notice. Membership cancelled on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd of the month avoids paying for an extra month.
- Members who cancel with short notice or do not attend (no-show) court bookings or Open Play reservations, will be charged according to the applicable Cancellations & Withdrawals policy.
- Members shall register their guests and pay before going to the court, or will be charged 3 times the applicable guest fee. Unregistered guest fees will be applied to the primary member listed on the court reservation.
- Membership may be revoked without refund or warning for abuse of membership privileges or bad behaviour.
Rosters
All participants must have a valid membership.
All participants in adult leagues must be officially registered on the team roster to be eligible to play. Please refer to the league-specific Game Rules for complete roster requirements.
Cancellations & Withdrawals
The following policy will be used when a youth participant, adult house team player or adult pickleball multiple session class/clinic participant cancels their purchase:
- 100% of refund minus a $50.00 (plus HST) fee until 14 day(s) before the beginning of the activity
- 100% of credit minus a $50.00 (plus HST) fee until 1 day(s) before the beginning of the activity
- Credit expiry 2yr (Dec 31)
- 0% refund/credit once program begins
The following policy will be used for online self-serve purchases where an adult pickleball participant cancels their Open Play, single session clinic, tournament or private lesson, and for cancellations of 1hr baseball (batting cage, in-field or Batter Zone) rentals, 1hr golf mats or single session (1hr or 90min) field rentals:
- full refund if cancelled more than 12 hours before the start of the activity
- 0% refund/credit within 12 hours of the start of the activity
Pickleball members who cancel within 12 hours of their scheduled booking, or do not attend (no-show) court bookings or Open Play reservations, will be charged 50% of the applicable fee. Court fees will be applied to the primary member listed on the court reservation.
Adult team fees are non-refundable. If a team is removed from the league due to non-payment, disciplinary issues, or any other violation, no pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued.
Multi-session, court, field or baseball rentals (Rental Contracts), parties and special events are non-refundable and are governed by the terms & conditions detailed on the specific contract.
Registrations
Non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to confirm participation. Full and final payment deadlines vary according to program. Mid-season registration is possible if space is available, fees may be discounted for partial sessions.
League Eligibility
Players are eligible to compete in leagues that align with their gender identity.
Player Equipment
Equipment requirements vary by league.

Safety
First aid supplies are stored behind the desk at the reception area and at outdoor locations can be found in the large marked bin with equipment.
All incidents must be reported to the Site Manager and documented through an incident report. If the report cannot be completed at the time of the incident, it is the participant’s responsibility to contact the facility and ensure the report is completed within 24 hours.
Game Schedules
Every effort is made to schedule all teams in the same league with similar (late/early, Field 1/2 or A/B) game schedules.
The league reserves the right to schedule bye weeks or double-headers when necessary.
We reserve the right to rebalance divisions by moving teams as needed to ensure balanced skill levels across divisions. Please see league specific Game Rules for more information.
For adult leagues, schedule requests may be accommodated where possible, but never guaranteed.
